“失敗”
We booked three rooms for a birthday celebration, but the view from the upper windows on the second floor was the worst. The kaiseki restaurant recommended by the concierge was mediocre, and at night unruly inbound guests and their children ran around, making it hard to sleep. The hotel felt old, and the breakfast was disappointing for a place that charges over 80,000 yen per person per night; the selection was far from what I expected. I probably won’t stay here again. The overall atmosphere was once calm and adult‑oriented, but it was very disappointing. Considering the room size, comfort, service quality, breakfast level, and staff attentiveness, the price doesn’t match the experience.
