The rooms are super clean, very comfortable, with air conditioning, and there are 4 immaculate pools. The dinner is extremely pricey, a real outrage at what they charge for everything they sell there. The bathrooms have no door, only a curtain.

A nice place, but the whole experience was utterly unacceptable for the price. The hotel knew we were there to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Between the 420 € room, dinner, champagne, fruit, activities and bar drinks, we spent about 750 € in less than 24 hours. When we arrived, I was already disappointed that the room didn’t really match the photos, but I stayed silent to avoid ruining our evening. The real shock came after dinner: a private pool that was half empty and draining. After more than an hour of waiting, they told us we had to change rooms. At midnight we moved all our stuff… only to find a room that matched the photos of my booking. We left early the next morning, so we couldn’t enjoy it. And despite my request, no one came to turn off the jacuzzi. The room phone didn’t work and the reception was very far: impossible to reach anyone. Result: I didn’t sleep all night because of the noise. As compensation, they offered us an extra night even though I had already explained we were leaving and had plane tickets. We still paid for all our extras. 750 € spent to leave without sleeping and with our first wedding anniversary completely ruined. I didn’t want a free night later; I just wanted to properly enjoy the one I had booked and paid for.

The space is pleasant, the pools are clean with a beautiful view, the staff are friendly and the dinner comes with a show. The show ends early and after that there should be a music and bar area for socializing and fun. Another issue is the nighttime noise from the tents closest to the lake, caused by frogs. Sometimes the noise becomes uncomfortable throughout the night until sunrise… but that’s part of the atmosphere 😂
