الموقع. Dear service provider , I am currently facing a serious issue. The air conditioner has been leaking water continuously, and despite several attempts to fix it, the problem remains unresolved. The furniture is also in very poor condition and does not meet acceptable standards. What concerns me even more is that they have consistently refused to provide any official receipt or payment documentation for the amounts I have paid. This raises serious concerns, and I honestly do not understand how booking continue to work with this type of broker/service provider. I urgently need your intervention to resolve this matter as soon as possible. This has become a critical situation for me, and I would greatly appreciate your urgent support in helping resolve this matter. Thank you in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you. I was upset that the hotel didn't let us in.

The location was great and the chalet was directly on the sea, plus the pool view was nice; the chalet itself was clean. However, there was an aqua park, but it was limited to a specific area and we didn’t know how to get in.
