The location was good, reception staff Azul and Favi were very friendly and attentive, the beds were comfy, the décor was nice, the room spacious and the pillows were good, but the morning maintenance crew made a lot of noise at the entrance with a pressure washer, the rooftop Jacuzzi was cold, and construction workers were in the area, clearly ruining the privacy the place should have.

The room was very spacious and beautiful, the staff were warm, helpful, and courteous, but unfortunately the rooftop pool and spa were not operating.

Fabiola provided excellent service, the location was superb, the room was very comfortable and roomy, and the heated pool was great.
