We stayed with family for only one night, but we’ll definitely return. The location was fantastic – from the balcony we could watch the sunrise over the lake in the morning. The area is quiet and far from busy roads. A big plus is the spacious, free parking. The lobby feels cozy, the rooms are very nice and the mattresses comfortable. We also appreciated the ability to drink tap water directly. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the waffles were amazing! In the evening we used the bowling alley, and the cocktails at the bar were really great. The staff were friendly and professional. During our stay a problem arose, which was resolved quickly and at a high level. The only thing that could be improved is the very strong smell of chlorine in the pool area and saunas; better ventilation might help. The odor was so intense that I couldn’t use the sauna or jacuzzi for long because I started coughing.

The place is beautiful and charming, and the view is stunning. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the room; something hanging over the door looked like an AC unit, but it wasn’t. We asked the receptionist at check‑in and learned that the room had no balcony, which I didn’t check for. It’s worth getting a balcony room because the view is breathtaking. During our stay a wedding was happening; we wanted to order lunch, but the wait time was about 2 hours because they were first preparing food for the wedding guests.

Natura was a highlight, but the staff at Tuto were dirty and not welcoming.
