Great location, accommodation close to the sea and the city centre. Plenty of peace and privacy. Great value for the price.

The biggest advantage is the location. The house is really close to the promenade, which matters because Yelsa is in the mountains, and each subsequent street is higher than the previous one. The city road is narrow, with sharp turns, and sometimes cars speed through it. The route to the sea doesn’t look like a pleasant walk, believe me, so we were very glad to choose this accommodation, especially considering the cost. We had a small room with a balcony and a separate bathroom. The room had something like a kettle, dishes, a fridge. Everything in the room was not brand new, but that was clear from the photos, so it didn’t bother us. The owners are friendly and ready to help, the bed was clean, towels as well. Pets are accepted; for our dog we had to pay 5 euros a day. The internet was really bad, constantly disconnecting, so I couldn’t work. I also note a separate charge for using the air‑conditioner, something we had never encountered before travelling the world. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the terms carefully when booking; it was indeed mentioned, so we had to pay 5 euros a day. The walls are very thin, and guests who don’t control their noise stay loud until the night. That can happen anywhere, and it’s hard to influence guests. Parking was only for two spots, and when the third guest arrived, they simply took our spot, so we had to stand around.
