Alex was super friendly and helped me get an accessible shower, which was a relief. The room was quiet, comfy, and a good place to unwind. Breakfast was great! On the downside, there were no grab bars after the shower, the floor was wet and slippery, and I couldn’t find a spot to hang a big towel near the shower. The squeeze bottles for shampoo were a pain to use.
