This isn’t the “lakeside” hostel, but it has fewer entitled 18‑year‑olds on their gap year. The pool, views, and staff are all lovely. It’s a good spot to book and then head over to the lakeside one for a change of pace. (Top tip!) I wasn’t too thrilled with the bedding, though.

Honestly, this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The vibe is absolutely amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the nightly events—they make it so easy to meet people and have a blast. The place is well‑situated, has a pool, and just feels like a good spot overall. I had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

I loved everything: the staff’s kindness and responsiveness. Breakfast is served from 11 am, and because I usually grab it early, they immediately offered me a kitchen‑equipped room—an impressive welcome. The apartment was huge, modern, and well‑equipped. The gardens and pool were well‑maintained and pleasant. A terrace with lagoon view was an added bonus—exceptional! Daily activities (taco night, salsa, etc.) were offered, even during the low season. The bar by the pool, facing the lagoon, was enjoyable, though the music was a bit too loud for me. Great location. I had an excellent stay and recommend this place. Thanks to the whole team. The only downside was the loud techno music.

A quiet and relaxed hostel with evening activities. Well organized. Nice pool. Beautiful lagoon view. Reasonable food prices. Lovely private rooms. Good location. Large terraces on the rooms for relaxing. In the three‑person room, the single room lacks air conditioning and, oddly, faces the terrace. It’s also poorly furnished. At least a fan should be provided temporarily!

No breakfast at the hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are very good.
