The receptionist was very friendly, the room matched the photos and was clean. However, the price‑quality ratio felt a bit off; the room was tiny and the area was somewhat unattractive compared to other parts of Madrid.

The service was excellent. I was guided via email and WhatsApp about arrival. The attendant was very friendly and gave all the instructions. Nothing I didn't expect, but the room and bathroom are very small. You can hear what happens in the neighboring room, but it didn't bother me. It could be cheaper for what it offers.
