This place is pure magic! A sky full of stars when you’re in your own hot tub! The owners are really friendly and the tent is very comfortable with a great bed! When you stay here you will never forget! Nothing.

“Es war alles perfekt !!!”

We were the only guests, enjoyed two days of seclusion, quiet, views of hills and mountains, antelopes, lizards and birds, and the pool to cool off. The accommodation itself was very clean and had everything needed for glamping, even more. At the gate we were personally welcomed and introduced to the property. The only downside was that we only stayed for two days…🙂

Zandfontein Bush Camp and Game Farm is an absolute hidden gem for anyone looking for peace, a connection with nature, and an authentic South African wilderness experience. From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The accommodation is lovingly designed – rustic, yet equipped with all the comfort one could need. We were especially impressed by the incredible silence at night, beneath a breathtaking starry sky – far away from light pollution and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the décor matched the natural surroundings perfectly. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about making our stay unforgettable. They gave us wonderful tips for wildlife spotting on the property, and indeed, during our stay we were able to watch zebras and antelope through the camp’s own telescope. If you’re looking for an immersive nature experience with privacy, this is the perfect place. We will definitely return – Zandfontein is a place where you can truly unwind and recharge. A heartfelt thank you to the van Rensburg family! Unfortunately, we didn’t have more time to extend our stay at Zandfontein.
