Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn & Suites

“Nice and clean hotel.”

The hotel was nice and clean, giving me a solid 8.0/10 experience.

Housekeeping was awesome, staff were very friendly and kind, but the mattress felt a bit too hard for my liking, so I’d give it a 9.0/10.

“Was only there for 15 hours.”

The staff were pleasant, yet I had to drive in circles to reach the hotel from the freeway, there’s no Ultra Fast charging station, the website didn’t list pet fees, the bathroom tile in our restroom was loose, I had to ask for a working iron, and the one we received never heated up while water kept leaking.

Everything else about my stay was great, but the single exercise machine in the small fitness area with weights and resistance was broken and had looked that way for a while, earning it an 8.0/10.

“Bathroom door won’t close and the place we used to enjoy is not being cleaned”

Mud covered the entire building’s hallway and walkway, making it dirty, so I’d rate it 5.0/10.
