The location and staff service were solid, but the room was cramped and the layout was annoying—moving the chair every time I wanted to use the fridge was stressful. There were also too few outlets, and the unit bath and floor step were a big inconvenience.

The place was spot on—close to the shopping street yet not noisy, with plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the Yui line made airport transfers a breeze. I’d definitely stay again if I’m based in Naha. I did try to check in early around 8 am and asked if I could move the time up for a fee, but they wanted to charge more than a full day just to let me in a couple of hours early; I wish they’d be more flexible, especially when the room was already ready.
