The lobby is beautiful. The hotel’s location is good, and the view from the windows is lovely. Cleaning happens daily. The pool closes at 18:00, which is too early. There were ants in the room. Be careful with the water in the minibar – it’s charged.

“WORST HOTEL NOT JUST IN VIETNAM BUT THE WHOLE PLANET”

Nothing at all. From the manager’s cowardly, fat, lying gutlessness to the lazy, incompetent cleaning crew, it’s the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
