I liked the central spot that put me close to theatres, the underground, and the Elizabeth Line, plus the nearby cafés and restaurants were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let us leave luggage safely before it was brought up to our rooms. The rooms weren’t huge, but they had everything we needed, and the area was quiet.

The location was solid and the staff were welcoming. However, some rooms turned out smaller than I’d imagined, the key cards kept glitching so I had to reactivate them over and over, and the check‑in process dragged on.

The spot was unbeatable, right next to the Elizabeth Line, making airport hops and a quick stroll to Oxford Street and Bond Street a breeze for shopping. The room felt a bit old‑fashioned and on the smaller side, but the mattress was surprisingly springy.

The place had an amazing location with everything around you, perfect for walkers. The rooms were very clean and spacious, especially the suites. The staff were friendly, and Opi at reception was especially helpful—one of the best receptionists I’ve met on my trips—making the stay comfortable for my family. This hotel is my first choice every time I visit London. I would give it more than 10 if possible.
