Everything was great! The team was amazing and super friendly, the place was very clean, and the quiet location was perfect for a reset.

It was peaceful in a lovely setting, with an exceptional value for money and well‑equipped rooms. The only downside was the billiards table that could use a refresh, but it didn’t stop me from playing; for a pro‑level game there’s another table right at the hotel entrance that you can’t miss.

We didn’t stay in one of the bungalows because the refrigerator was broken, so we slept in the big house instead, which was amazing. Nothing big; Ratree communicated clearly, but not all staff had the same information, leading to some miscommunication due to lack of English.

The resort is quiet and away from the city center, offering a genuinely pleasant vibe. We especially appreciated the amazing calm, the nice pool, and the very helpful staff. Parking works smoothly. We love this spot and keep returning; we’re not looking for any other option in the area. The bed and sofa in the room could use a renovation or replacement with better equipment—sleep is the most important part of a stay, and I think more investment in that area would be worthwhile.
