The pool area and the double loungers were fantastic, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful; the bed felt very comfortable and the shower was great. The place is in a great spot with exits to both Party Street and a quieter walking area. We checked in late at night because the first hotel we booked didn’t suit us. The room we got was a bit small, which is understandable for a last‑minute booking, and the toilet was behind a glass door in the room, which felt a bit off‑putting, but that’s likely due to the small size.

Fantastic location. Once we moved rooms our stay was fine. First room we were given was tiny and terrible. Had to show them photos of room type booked, to get them to move us. Tedious getting around the hotel as you need to take 2 different lifts to get anywhere. No light switch in loo so whole room has to be switched on (wakes others up at night). No privacy whatsoever. Some reception staff less than friendly. Was rather looking forward to those gloating bean bags in the pool on their photos. Not there😔
