I'm still fuming about this place. They completely misled me about the hotel's location, claiming it was in the city center when it was actually over 20km away. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent - I've been trying to get a refund for weeks, but they've ignored all my messages. Needless to say, I had to book a different hotel at the last minute.

I was really looking forward to my beach vacation, and the hotel's location definitely delivered. The beachfront was stunning, and I loved being able to step out of my room and onto the sand. The food at the hotel was pretty good too, but sometimes they were out of the things I wanted to order. Getting around the area wasn't super easy, and to make matters worse, the hotel's wifi wasn't working, so I had to rely on my phone's data, which kept dropping the connection.

Unfortunately, the hotel's location didn't live up to the description, and it was also in a remote area that was difficult to reach. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and incompetent, and the noise from the neighboring rooms was unbearable. We ended up checking out after just one night, and we were lucky to get a refund for the remaining nights.
