The location was excellent, the room service was great, and the place was clean and friendly; the breakfast was tasty and generous. In the room, the shower was broken, fixed quickly after we reported it, but the TV stopped working again after we turned it off, and although help came, it didn’t stay on.

The location in the center was excellent, and the view of the city was beautiful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was bland and repetitive. The staff barely understood Czech and were unwilling to arrange a taxi. The hotel is large, not wheelchair accessible, and everywhere there are many stairs connecting different parts of the building. Elevators cannot be used for some sections of the building.

The hotel’s location in the spa centre is good, but there are a lot of people at breakfast, which starts at 8 am.

The hotel is close to the centre, has a 24‑hour reception, is clean, quiet, and offers a rich breakfast.
