The staff were rude and unprofessional; they confirmed my reservation but then told me there was no availability when I arrived.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by the staff's blatant disregard for honesty. They charged me significantly more than the listed price, and refused to budge even a single rupee.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the unclean state of the beds. Despite this, I did find some aspects of the hotel to be satisfactory.
