We had a pleasant stay at The Palms Beruwala. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The hotel has good facilities and the location is nice and convenient, especially with the beach right there. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The buffet was okay, but honestly, it wasn’t anything particularly special; the variety and taste could be improved to enhance the dining experience.

I came back for a second visit because I loved the place, especially the beach, and this time the vibes were even better with the newly renovated beach club—definitely a must‑visit!

I spent the weekend at The Palms and it was lovely; the beach was gorgeous and calming, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the food was very good with plenty of options—overall a fantastic spot to relax and unwind.

The hotel’s location is great and it feels cosy, not too large but close enough to other amenities, though there’s a lot of unused space that could be turned into family‑friendly features like swings or a park.
