The staff were friendly and the place felt safe, but it didn’t match the photos or reviews I expected; the room was cramped, the shower even smaller, the laundry room walls had mold, some floorboards were loose, a larger person would have struggled, the beds were soft and worn, and the ventilation ducts were dusty.
