“Friendly staff, great rooms to sleep in.”

The location was good, close to the MTR, and it didn't feel too busy. The staff were very friendly, the cleaners came back and tidied our room at the last minute, which we appreciated a lot. We were also able to extend our checkout at the last minute. The bed was so comfy and the room was very dark at night, perfect for two jet‑lagged people! The rooms were small, so we had trouble stowing two large suitcases. The drinks at the bar were rather boring—though I’m being super picky! Most of the happy‑hour drinks were gin and mixer.

“Met Expectations fully”

The location is great, with easy access to the city and the railway station for the airport (5 min walk). It’s a functional, value‑for‑money stay that met all our expectations during our 24‑hour stopover in Taipei. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and the second‑floor relaxation area was nice. All we needed was a place to sleep, and it delivered.

Great location, cool design, great view from higher level.room, good staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning too cold, centralized lighting control pretty basic
