The location, room layout, and pool table were good. The toilet flush worked incorrectly once and the shower head was missing once, but there were alternative toilet and shower areas available.

A very nice place, a large well‑equipped villa with great value for money. The only issue was poor ventilation in the building.

The house is large with a nice garden, and the owner was friendly and helpful. However, the house was very humid and warm, there was no air conditioning, the TV worked poorly, and the living‑room chairs were worn and hard. There was no hose in the garden to fill a tub, and the energy bill was very high.

The accommodation was very pleasant, with excellent accessibility and close to the center of Český-Švýcarsko, making it ideal for day trips. We were pleasantly surprised by the cottage’s equipment, cleanliness, and the quiet surroundings.
