The staff were friendly, but the 3rd‑floor room had a smoke detector hanging off and the shower was covered in brown mildew, while the hallway floor was nasty and creaky.

Exterior revamp looks nice. Friendly staff. Mildew in shower stall. Very tight bathroom layout. Big stain on carpet in room. Sheers at window torn in several spots. Fussy AC unit. Room very dated, needs update. Buckled areas at elevator vestibule on 3rd floor
