It was a disgrace! The accommodation was filthy, with a strong damp smell that soaked into my belongings. Mold covered the walls and ceiling, the spa was shockingly dirty with used bandages inside, and there were a lot of scent diffusers trying to mask the odor. The sheets were stained, and many items were broken. Given the price per night, this is simply unacceptable. I had never seen anything like this before; it’s disheartening.

Everything was flawless. Every detail was explained, and the little touches for my girlfriend’s birthday were perfect. I highly recommend DreamSpa; we were thrilled with our evening, and the phone operator was very friendly. I recommend DreamSpa without hesitation.

The interior was spacious and quiet. The instruction sheets were printed on site and also sent via WhatsApp as videos. The exterior looked unimpressive and didn’t reassure me until I opened the door. The shower drain was clogged and didn’t clear the water.

The manager listened to our questions and requests. We appreciated the cleanliness of the premises (ambient fragrance…), the fully equipped facilities, and the carefully curated décor. A few issues still need fixing, which I already discussed with the manager through messages and photos.
