“Good”

I appreciated the apartment’s size and comfort. I didn’t like that they swapped our unit because ours wasn’t ready when we arrived, which made things uncomfortable. I also disliked that there was no hairdryer, and when I asked for one they couldn’t find any.

“Great if you don’t like hot showers”

The spot was nice and close to everything. The room was large, looked good, and had some equipment. The only issue was that hot water lasted only two continuous minutes. We told the staff from day two that they “tried” to fix it, but nothing changed even though we reminded them every day during our stay.

“Mala relación calidad-precio”

The location was good, but the accommodation was very noisy. Construction right in front started early in the morning, and the rooms had a billiard table so we could hear balls hitting the floor. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the child couldn’t sleep on it. The air conditioning was insufficient and didn’t cool such a large apartment. Breakfast had few options and the staff were not very friendly.

“Consiglio per brevi soggiorni”

The location was excellent in the beautiful Poblado neighborhood. The accommodation was fully equipped, clean and well maintained. In front of us there were construction works with direct exposure to the site, so we had to keep our mouths shut. It was obviously a temporary problem, we understand. One note on soundproofing: from the street there was a lot of noise (first floor street side) and also internally between apartments the water drains and the bathroom of upper floors were very loud.

The property is beautiful, new, and clean; the apartment is spacious and well‑furnished. It sits in a great spot in Manila and the breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately, construction work for a barracks nearby and the busy street cause some noise, but it didn’t ruin our stay.
