The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and immaculate cleanliness, yet it faces a busy street and is noisy at night; the old, loud air‑conditioner made it impossible to sleep, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, reception was absent and communication with staff only through an app or phone, and overall the quality‑price ratio was terrible.

The location is fairly good, close to Piazzale Roma with only one bridge to cross, but everything is handled online and no one is at reception or anywhere to help; we booked a triple room but arrived soaked from a storm and the hot water was broken, and instead of a triple room we were given a double; after complaining online they moved us to another location in the rain with our luggage, and the rooms are old and need refurbishing.
