“Terrible place to sleep - loud club, bright skylight and hard bed”

The self‑check‑in and check‑out were easy, but the noise was terrible because a club nearby blasted music and bass past 1 am on a Wednesday into Thursday morning; the room was also too bright at night because the large skylight had no curtains and the paint was peeling; the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and hot water took ages to arrive.

Getting in after hours was simple with the combination and an electronic key in a key safe outside the room, but the room had no windows so I couldn’t tell the time and ended up either sleeping in until 10 am or waking at 6 am feeling like I’d slept until 10 am; the bathroom lacked towel racks or hooks, so there was nowhere to hang towels or spare clothes.

“Room nice, lack of service not so great.”

The room and decor were nice and the bathroom excellent, but the entry code didn’t work and I was initially given the same room as another guest; after finally getting the correct room the kettle was broken and no staff responded to my request for a replacement, which was frustrating after a stressful day.
