We let them know we'd be arriving after 9 pm, yet when we got there the front desk was locked and there was nobody to let us in. After a 12‑hour drive with my wife and kid, we had to keep going through the night, which felt pretty irresponsible and lacking any empathy. Aside from that mix‑up, the place itself was fine.

The listing turned out to be a scam – the address simply doesn't exist and the phone number they gave is no longer in service. Nothing else to say, just a waste of time.

I gave up and walked out after we had to kill a snake that was hanging out right at the door; everything about this place was terrible.

The spot is quiet and relaxed, which is nice, but the pool was dirty, the room wasn't cleaned properly, the bathroom had no shower enclosure and the bedding was low‑quality.
