My first room had a horrible smell, and in the second room the bridge destroyed my food. The smell, the view, the hotel’s policy, and its inability to fix the situation were all bad.

The spot is great and the food is solid, but the fridge in the room won’t unplug, and the constant noise and vibration made it impossible to sleep.

Everything from the room to the grounds was spotless, and the location was fantastic.

The location worked well for a convention that was right next to the venue, but the food and drinks were only basic and the staff felt like a typical roadside motel, not very accommodating—almost as if we were doing them a favor. When I asked for a better blow dryer at the front desk, they just laughed.

Hotel bardzo dobrej jakości, czyste, przestronne pokoje, bardzo miła obsługa (szczególne podziękowania dla p. Jennifer), duży parking i dogodna lokalizacja, blisko stacji kolejki - dobry dojazd do centrum SF i do lotniska w SF
