“Nice place but not sure if I'd stay there again”

my 2nd stay there was a lot better than the horrible 1st one when I was shouted at by the owner nice swimming pool it was a bit more quiet there, less construction noise clean room my later check out was approved nice to watch sunset from. I had a different room than before but the bathroom there would also get flooded after taking a shower. I requested a quiet room, and even talked to the hotel employees about it as I really needed to relax while there. I'd always leave for a few hours each day during my stay, but when at the hotel, I really needed quiet as I was not feeling ok. However, one of the mornings when I was sunbathing by the swimming pool with my eyes closed, and I was the only hotel guest there during my entire stay, 2 male hotel employees came and started doing noisy things by the pool. They noticed they woke me up but kept making noise there and even talking loud just a few meters from me. Only once they finished over 30 min later, they said sorry. But it felt weird and unprofessional to me. They knew very well that the only thing I asked for was peace and quiet, and they didn't have to do that thing at that time when I was there taking a nap and in bikini only. They could do it a few hours later once I was gone to the beach instead. Details like this matter to me because disturbing the paying client with something completely unnecessary is not ok

“Rude owner shouting at me, loud construction noise around”

The place looks nice, feels safe with cameras and a gate, and the pool is good. I was shouted at by the female owner at check‑in, who even used a profanity toward me. She wouldn’t charge my card unless I showed her a photo, but my Apple Pay card screenshot wasn’t enough; she demanded all the card details and accused me of being a thief because someone had stolen from her before. Only after I warned her that she could misuse my card did she relent and just wanted the card numbers. I eventually had to pay online via the booking site with the same card. After I checked in, the owner shouted at me again in front of my room, a behavior I’ve never seen elsewhere. She didn’t apologize. I asked about the check‑out time; she said I had to leave at 10 am even though I was the only guest. When I texted her about a later check‑out, she agreed. I requested a quiet room but there was construction noise everywhere and dogs barking. The bathroom flooded after each shower. The mistreatment ruined my stay.

“Perfect”

The views were amazing, the pool fantastic, and the property was well maintained. I loved the spacious rooms and the outdoor dining area. The staff were incredible and flexible from arrival to departure. Everything was great!

Everything was wonderful, the location was superb, a beach was within walking distance, and there was a small waterfall where you could swim.
