“Perfect place”
This place feels like a dream, ideal for couples who want to relax and enjoy; the staff are very kind and helpful. I’d suggest installing an insect net so you can leave the balcony door open without worrying about bugs coming in.

Nothing positive to mention. The rooms were below average for a five‑star hotel, lacking a mini fridge or minibar. Power outages happened in the middle of the night for an extended period, and mosquitoes were a nuisance. The reception staff were inept, unprofessional, and didn’t answer phones after 9 pm; I called many times during an emergency at night with no response. Bath towels were worn out and extremely rough. Breakfast and dinner were bland and tasteless, with the dinner being overly spiced. Google shows a 4.9 rating, but I strongly suspect it’s paid and fake. I will never recommend this property.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were excellent, especially the security team. The warm, respectful welcome made us feel very good, and the staff’s welcome also made us comfortable. The only downside was that a hair dryer was missing from the room.
