Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the staff. The location was also great, with plenty of options for dining on site. However, the hotel itself is old and the rooms are in need of renovation. We were a bit surprised to find spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom, but the staff promptly cleaned it up.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which unfortunately started from the moment I walked in. The room was smelly, with plaster falling off the walls, and the door was covered in duct tape and a piece of wood. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, and the towels were stained and full of holes. The toilet was also not functioning properly, which made it impossible for me to stay. I booked for two nights but left after the first night due to the poor conditions.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some redeeming qualities but also some major issues. The receptionist was genuinely caring and apologetic, which was a nice touch. However, the room we were given had a broken floor and loose wooden panels, which made it feel unsafe to walk around. To make matters worse, the hotel decided to incinerate garbage right under our room, filling it with toxic smoke and making it impossible for us to rest.

We had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were spacious and relatively clean, and we appreciated the option to dine on site. The location was also perfect for exploring the nearby Bromo area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
