“Pleasant. Nice.”
The staff were wonderful, the food good, and the coffee great, but construction was occasionally noisy and the pool looked quite dodgy.
Free airport shuttle, an amazing free breakfast buffet, and a pool made this a perfect 10/10 experience.

The central location, the greenery, and the spotless rooms earned a perfect 10/10 rating.
“Not currently a great place to stay as so much building work going on”
The rooms were large and the gardens beautiful, and the inner atrium of the rear buildings with indoor plants and trees was lovely, yet the lack of air conditioning, the dated look needing modernization, the ongoing work on the front façade limiting space, the unusable pool, the jacuzzi that barely filled, and the evening shower that didn’t work forced us to check out and switch to the Haile Resort, which was far better; once renovations finish this place could be good again.

One of two hotels I was recommended for my trip, it has an in‑house cafe that serves food all day, the rooms are spacious enough, and the staff are helpful as they can be, but adding shampoo and shower gel to the rooms and providing an iron—since the one they offer leaves shirts wet—would improve the stay.
