The staff were very friendly and attentive. The nearby construction caused a lot of noise. The room had old nightstands and no wardrobe. The door to the street was not adjusted (mosquito gaps and no lock). The shower door wouldn’t close. The soap and shampoo dispensers didn’t work, and the scanner tech needs replacement. Towels were worn and sometimes stained. The room was cleaned only once every four days. The dish set sometimes needed checking for completeness. A pipe under the sink was leaking, leaving water on the floor constantly.
