“Not a 5 star hotel; more like 3 star”
Good location near the hospital. Plenty of restaurants. Staff were very good. The rooms were very cold. The breakfast buffet wasn’t that good.

Close to UST. The cleanliness was an issue. Housekeeping was inconsistent.

The staff were professional, especially front desk associate Christine who helped correct my reservation dates. The facility was clean and worth the money. No complaints.

Great design, lovely decor, central location, friendly and helpful staff and very good security service. No tea or coffee in the room and not enough bottled water. Shouldn’t need to ask.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the spotless condition of the rooms and public areas. It was a breath of fresh air to stay in a hotel that clearly prioritized cleanliness.
