From the location to the room to the breakfast, practically everything was perfect. The guests were very kind and very cooperative. The only small maintenance needed was painting the shutters and fixing the terrace lamps. Otherwise, it was flawless.

I stayed in a very quiet, shaded, cool room at the back and felt comfortable even without the air‑conditioning, sleeping soundly; the location in Assisi was convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was great and the cleanliness was acceptable, but the room was split by a wall and the bathroom was outside the room.

The building was beautiful, the spot was excellent, breakfast was superb, and I loved that the bathroom was separate from the room (opposite it); in my view every property should adopt this layout because having the bathroom in a different space is better.
