The environment is wonderful, the cabins are hyper‑comfortable with everything you need for a few days or even a family holiday. The staff is very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The relaxing and spotless tinaja is a highlight.

Carmen was super friendly and always ready to help, but the dishes and bathroom were dirty. When we asked Don Miguel for assistance, he seemed annoyed and treated us like a favor.

The snow was gorgeous, but the host promised the cabin was ready and it wasn't. We arrived to a barely cleaned place, no heating or hot water, and the host was unresponsive.
