The location was perfect, but there was no restaurant nearby.

The place was well situated and dog‑friendly, but the main door wouldn’t close easily and it felt old.

The old‑style charm was lovely, but we found ants in our room.

I loved the property overall, but the room was awful—slanted floor, terrible bed, old bath facilities—so we couldn't sleep. My last stay in a newly renovated room was an incredible experience. The smell, slanted floor and bed, loud construction in the wing, and paint fumes were all negative.
