The staff were attentive, breakfast was simple but offered all the options, the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the location was great. However, there was no indirect lighting at the headboard, no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries, and no full-length mirror in the room.

The hotel was clean, fairly new, and the décor felt genuinely Brazilian, giving me the sense that I was really in Brazil. When I entered the room, there was a certain air quality issue, and the shower was a bit slippery; some work could be done to prevent accidents.

The location and service were good. I’d just suggest adding a hygienic shower in the bathroom and expanding the front coverage so that luggage can be unloaded and loaded more comfortably on rainy days.

The reception quality was excellent, and there was a travel agent available to book excursions. The bedding was very comfortable, the place was very clean, and the bathroom had been newly renovated. Breakfast was good with everything needed. The room lacked a bedside lamp, hangers, storage space, and a bathroom area for these items.

The location, friendliness, and breakfast were all fine. The only downside was the paint in the room.
