Hotel Chail Residency

The hotel’s location is good, and the balcony and rooftop views are amazing. Pizza is the only decent food on the menu. The service needs improvement, and room amenities are only provided after you ask. The rooms were not clean enough. The food isn’t tasty, especially the North Indian dishes.

“Overall stay was ok”

Breakfast was not up to the mark , most of things was repeated on 2nd day. and test was also not good. Location was good

Breakfast has a limited spread; I’d recommend the a la carte option for a small group—it might be cheaper. Food-wise, chole bhature, puri sabzi, and pizzas are good; the rest is average. I appreciate the staff’s courtesy and the parking is sufficient. The rooms and staff are good, but there were some maintenance issues, like a faulty room lock, though nothing major. Construction behind the hotel blocks the view and creates a lot of noise. There were too many flies on my balcony and in the room if I left the door open. A shaft in my room let me hear water flowing from the top floor—quite odd.
