The location was convenient, close to the harbor and on the road to Stamp River Falls Park. The whole place smelled awful. A $200 security deposit was taken from my card to cover damages, which I understand and was refunded, but it felt high given my room was already in bad shape. The ceiling light switch was removed, leaving a hole with exposed wires. The safe was broken, the curtains were peeling, and the odor was strong.
