The room was absolutely spotless and looked like it had just been renovated

“Dissatisfied”
The room was spacious and clean, and the food was just average. The front desk reception was terrible, a stark contrast to my previous stays where the staff were really good.

The property sits right on the NH, which is convenient for many travelers, but it’s not the best choice for nature lovers. Visiting Coorg, you’d expect nature, calmness, and a serene mountain experience, which this place lacks. There aren’t many activities—just a swimming pool, indoor games, and a kids play area. It’s comfortable with premium amenities, yet the food could be more affordable given the location and proximity to the nearest city.

The staff were really nice, helpful, and polite! Prices could be a bit lower for the stay and food, and that would make it perfect value for money.
“Unhygienic! Please avoid”
The staff attitude was fine, but the rooms were unhygienic. One of ours smelled like mold and sewage, and after we complained they moved us to a different room the next day. The reservation manager didn’t even apologize, blaming the weather instead.
The resort’s overall environment, all types of facilities, especially the food section and housekeeping, were excellent.
