Nothing, nothing like the pictures. I paid in full by card for my guest and received confirmation, yet my guest arrived after a long flight at 3am and the hotel asked him to pay again, saying the money paid was only a deposit to be refunded. This was not mentioned anywhere and now I have to chase for the refund.

The Gosod hotel, very good breakfast, some areas could use better upkeep, the rooms are nice.

The hotel sits in a very convenient spot and looks pretty at first glance. The room offers several lighting settings, and you can open curtains and drapes with a button. However, a closer look reveals that everything feels like “made from sticks and planks.” The interior is pretty but worn out. The air conditioner smells moldy, which is awful and unsafe, and without it the room can become unbearably stuffy. No one at the reception speaks English. When I asked for a European plug adapter, the staff said, “sorry, we’re out.” They were truly out—what do you do? Stay disconnected, with Alipay and a translator in a foreign country? Thank God I brought a power bank, although it didn’t let me use my hair dryer. Breakfast was terrible; I had read reviews about a good European breakfast and had high expectations, but every time it was a disappointment. The gym had only one and a half machines. The staff were generally friendly, nothing to note. Water and housekeeping in the rooms were always reliable.

“Friendly staff, and very modern hotels, and rooms”

The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was very good. There were no complaints, everything was fine, and the service was excellent.
