I didn't even imagine how much I would enjoy the room, but when I arrived there was no room at all, a total scam after I had paid.

The location was good, but every time I entered the hotel a staff member stopped me to check if I was a guest, sometimes the same person asking the same question repeatedly; it might help to find a way to identify guests without constantly asking the same thing.
