Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Luupi

“FOI uma ótima estadia…. Voltaria com certeza”

The place was large, clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. We needed a way to hang our swimsuits, but there was no drying rack initially; we asked and they said none were available. After buying a small rack, we discovered a tiny pin in the locker that could be pulled out to act as a rack, but the staff weren’t aware of this.

“Tudo perfeito!!!”

I liked everything. The room is organized, clean, and comfortable!!! The hotel is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious. Dinner offers a wide variety and is very well made. I want to return as soon as possible lol. I wish the time had passed more slowly; I wanted to stay longer.

We really liked the hotel – dinner offered a wide variety, the food was delicious, breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff were attentive, the room was very comfortable and impeccably clean, so we’d give everything a ten; the only downside was the 15 % service charge and the self‑serve machines at the fountain park and hot park that charged a hefty service fee (almost 100 reais on one wristband) without any prior warning, so watch out for that.

“Não vale o custo benefício! Não pretendo voltar!”

The hotel’s physical facilities were solid and the food tasted great! Unfortunately the staff seemed a bit disorganized and gave conflicting information. We weren’t told that the park would be closed for maintenance on Thursday, the only day we had planned to visit. To make amends, a lady named Marlla kindly offered us access to the park on another day; she was very courteous and solved the issue, but the disappointment had already set in. The room cleaning was subpar and I could only manage to sleep after taking an antihistamine.
