We stayed in a suite with a pull‑out sofa bed that arrived without sheets or pillows. We asked repeatedly when we first entered the room and again later that evening, and it wasn’t until almost midnight that we received a basic sheet and one pillow. The staff and service were simply horrible, though the hotel itself was fine—this seems to be a management issue.

The room was excellent, and the front desk staff were outstanding. Everything else was spotless, so there was nothing to complain about.

The staff that checked me in was very vibrant, friendly and informative about the facilities of the hotel as well the neighboring activities I could possibly explore. The room was clean and accommodating towards my needs. And it is quite close to the Ronald Reagan Airport. Overall my stay was very great.I'll do it again. The driver for the shuttle service did a great job. However, the wait time (40mins-1hr) for a shuttle had me a bit ansty and the lack of space to accommodate more guests at a time

The entire property was spotless, and the furnishings felt upscale, yet the overall quality of the furnishings and amenities still left something to be desired.
