The room is quite big and fairly clean. The staff are polite and helpful. I had an issue with the room I was assigned first, but they changed it promptly. The bed in the room is terrible. It is very squishy and gave me severe back pain. The AC is very weak, it barely covered the area of the bed. Sitting anywhere else in the room felt quite hot making the big room unusable. The kettle and few areas in the bathroom are not clean

I had a great overall experience at this hotel, with extremely comfortable beds and a clean environment that was well-maintained. However, there was one minor issue - I was not woken up on time for my check-out, which was a bit of a problem.

I was really disappointed with my stay due to the air conditioning not working properly, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. “Good Value/Money, and great location if you're there for the HealthCare District”

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to the extremely kind and accommodating staff, spacious rooms, and excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was also perfect for my visit to the clinic, and the value for money was unbeatable. However, I did find the food options to be somewhat limited, although I could always order takeaway food to be delivered to my room. Additionally, I had to explicitly ask for the room to be cleaned, which was a bit inconvenient.
