The staff was helpful when we had issues during check in and with connecting to the internet but that was about it. I did not feel safe anywhere on this property. Right from the beginning there were issues entering the room because the lock was not programmed correctly. The room looks like water has damaged the majority of the bathroom, the bathroom also looks dirty and uncared for. To be honest the room looks like someone died there. From the moment I walked in the room I knew that the ad on Booking was completely different from the room I received. It was dirty and absolutely the bare minimum. To be honest my children and I never stayed in the room. My husband was the only one willing to stay because we paid a nonrefundable payment. The remote for the TV didnt even have a volume button! I wish there was a way to get some of our money back. We paid a pet deposit that we shouldn't have because I didnt let my dog even stay there with my husband it was that bad. Do not trust the pictures on the website because they used the best room they had and said thats what all rooms look like when in fact they did not. I feel scammed and super annoyed that I spent over 300 dollars plus the 75 pet fee for a room I never even used, which is why my husband chose to sleep there for a few nights. Do not stay here if you have family
