The pool was outstanding, the staff took great care of us, and the place was very quiet right in the city center; breakfast was varied and hearty. The only downside was that you couldn’t post postcards there.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the location was great with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The internet was slow, around 6‑8 Mbps.

Being right in the heart of the city was a plus because I could walk to all the convenience spots; within a few hundred metres there were many Starbucks, Brown Coffee, and tasty restaurants, so I could use them easily. The hotel’s new building meant everything was clean, and my room felt modern and well‑maintained, so even on a business trip I could rest comfortably each day. From the front desk to every staff member I met, everyone greeted me with a smile from morning to evening and was always kind. If I get the chance, I definitely want to visit again. The week‑long business trip was tiring, but thanks to the hotel staff, I was able to rest comfortably. Thank you.

The location was excellent, within walking distance or a short grab ride from everything I wanted; the hotel looked brand new or recently renovated. My room was large and spacious, with a big bathroom that had a bathtub and a walk‑in shower, a stocked minibar and coffee station, a smart TV, a safe, and a sitting area. The gym was great, with new fully functional equipment and a nice steam and sauna. The breakfast area on the 12th floor was wonderful, offering a decent buffet every morning. If you have dietary restrictions, I let the staff know I was vegan and the chef made me a special meal each morning, which is why I’ll come back again! There’s also a nice rooftop bar with a great view of the city. This hotel is rated 4‑stars on booking and Google, but I must say it felt more like 5‑stars than many actual 5‑star hotels I stayed at in Cambodia. The room I received upon check‑in faced the East and had a view of a wall, which was a little disappointing; I suggest requesting a room facing West or South. There was also an issue with the AC thermostat, but staff later changed my room to one with good AC and a nicer view. There was also an issue with the hot water in the second room, but it was my last night there so I didn’t say anything. Feels like these are early quirks of a new hotel and would be solved soon. Staff was very accommodating and properly addressed all my concerns. Still a 5‑star experience, even with the minor issues.
